This patch is a qmail-ldap port of Mr. John M. Simpson qmail greetdelay patch, which part of his qmail combined patch.

I've also added some extra logic to disable the delay when RELAYCLIENT is set.

Information on how to use this patch can seen in the README.GREETDELAY file, available after you patch Qmail-LDAP. Soon i will have a specific howto covering only this particular patch.
