My own qmail patchset

While with Qmail-LDAP i only have to maintain my greeting delay and envelope scan patches, since Andre Opperman already did a terrific job on adding the things i usually need, with qmail it's a different story. There are tons of patches floating around, and the few patchset's that some people already made have some things that i either don't like, or that are done in a different way that i'd like. That said, i made my own patchset with features that i like and that i usually use. If you happen to know a patch or two that you think i should include, drop me a line. I'm not saying that i will include it, since the main goal isn't to bloat the patch, but of course i may also find it a must have, or it will fix a problem i'm not aware of.

The patch set is made of a few well known patches and with some variations of my own. Respectively,
